Buddha is a sanskrit word that means “the awakened one”. Buddha is seen in Hinduism as the 9th incarnation of Vishnu, who decided to go down to earth to purify Hinduism. Buddha taught that every man could deliver himself from the wheel of rebirth with a correct inner attitude. His right hand represents vitarka mudra, or the transmission of Buddha’s teaching. His other hand holds the alms bowl, which symbolizes renunciation."

In many spiritual traditions the Fatima or Hamsa hand represents the hand of God. It is believed that it offers spiritual protection and wards off evil for the wearer. It is also believed to bring goodness, abundance, fertility, luck and good health. It often has an image of an eye representing the eye of God watching over you.

Elephants can symbolize Strength & Power. Elephants are also a symbol for keeping calm and having patience as elephants are generally calm and mellow creatures, unless their young or herd is threatened.
